After graduating from Pinckneyville Community High School in 2008, Dr. Lucas A. Steele achieved his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He then attended dental school at SIU School of Dental Medicine. Afterwards, Dr. Steele furthered his schooling in Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the SIU School of Dental Medicine with a concentration in implants and surgical techniques. Dr. Steele then worked with Dr. Ralph K. Chapman, mentor and colleague, who launched him into the world of private practice dentistry. Upon Dr. Chapman’s retirement, Dr. Steele purchased Pinckneyville Dental Care, P.C. and relocated east of town. His new office, reconstructed starting in 2018, features state-of-the-art technology that focuses on patient comfort and quality care. Growing up locally, Dr. Steele has roots in the community and intends to grow his practice with integrity.
